Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Invoice G2G (Good to Go) mobile application operated by Zikosoft LLC.

These Terms comply with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements. By downloading, accessing, or using Invoice G2G, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • Create invoices and estimates.
  • Manage business and client data.
  • Configure VAT and tax information.
  • Display payment instructions on invoices.

Invoice G2G is a technology platform only and does not process payments directly.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Some features require an active subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice.

4. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

We are not responsible for Stripe’s services, downtime, or payment disputes.

5. User Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of your business data.
  • We process your information only to provide our services.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all uploaded content.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • No misleading or deceptive content.
  • No attempts to disrupt or damage the application.
  • No reverse engineering or unauthorized access.

7. Offline Payment Information

Bank account and PayPal information displayed on invoices is provided by you and is not processed or verified by Invoice G2G.

8. Availability & Modifications

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the application at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Invoice G2G is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or legal and tax compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party damages, including issues arising from payment providers such as Stripe.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobileAppCodex IT Solution PVT LTD from any claims resulting from misuse of the application or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
