These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invoice G2G (Good to go) mobile application operated by MobileAppCodex IT Solution PVT LTD.

These Terms are designed to comply with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • Create invoices and estimates
  • Manage business and client data
  • Configure VAT and tax information
  • Display payment instructions on invoices

Invoice G2G is a technology platform only and does not process payments.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for your account

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Features may require a paid subscription
  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Pricing may change with notice

4. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store or process card details.

We are not responsible for Stripe services, outages, or disputes.

5. User Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We process data only to provide services
  • You are responsible for content accuracy

6. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal or fraudulent use
  • No misleading content
  • No interference with app functionality
  • No reverse engineering

7. Offline Payment Information

Bank or PayPal details are for display only and are not processed by us.

8. Availability & Modifications

We may modify or suspend features without notice for improvements or maintenance.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You can stop using the App anytime.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee legal or tax compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or third-party damages, including Stripe-related issues.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MobileAppCodex IT Solution PVT LTD against misuse or violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Changes to Terms

Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
